3. Packaging: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely and in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to protect your jewelry pieces during transit.

4. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery timeframe varies depending on your location. Please allow 5-7 working days for domestic delivery and 10-15 working days for international delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
