Returns & Refund Policy

At Jewelry Palace, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a full refund or replace the product, whichever you prefer.

Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at returns@jewelrypalace.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

– In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
– Not worn, altered, or damaged in any way
– Returned within 7 days of delivery

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
